Not a department. Not a buzzword. A discipline has standards, measurement, and a community of practitioners willing to enforce both.

If a corporate is not willing to write a PO, it is not yet a Venture Client. Intent is what is paid for.

Standards belong to the people running the work — not to consultancies, not to investors, not to academics alone.

Standards, frameworks and best practices are public. The Alliance is private. Both are necessary.
